British eco-bus, using household waste as fuel

The UK's first bus powered by human and household waste will start running later this month.

The car runs 15 miles (24.14Km) and the fuel needed for eco-bus is more than 32,000 households. Both sewage and inedible food waste can be turned into biomethane gas (biogas), which can launch ecological buses.

The car can accommodate up to 40 passengers and will be filled with biogas at an inflation point in Avonmouth, Bristol. Its first appearance was in the fall last year, but the shipping company showed it in Bristol on Tuesday. Starting from March 25, it will run 4 days a week, and the initial route is No. 2 bus line. If this line is operated successfully, the bus passenger company will consider introducing more “stools”.

James Freeman, general manager of the bus company, said: "Because the first public appearance of eco-bus last year triggered global attention, I am honored to introduce it into the city and will operate it very reasonably and correctly, let it be 2 Bus line service. This eco-bus went through the line from Bath to Bristol Airport at the end of last year, but it was only used once in the Bristol Center."

The operation of the eco-bus in Bristol should facilitate a discussion to determine how to get the best, most suitable, and environmentally friendly fuel for the bus.
