Zhongtong Bus took the largest batch of BRT buses in Mexico

On 12^th of October 2017, we got news from Zhongtong Bus: they produced 22 sets of Zhongtong 18-meter BRT buses which have all been sent to Mexico recently. These buses will soon be delivered to the relevant bus companies in their capital Mexico City. It is reported that this is a single import of Mexico---the largest single batch of BRT bus orders, Mexico City, which will undertake some of the bus line transport tasks.

It is reported that the batch of BRT bus orders for the classic "bullet" shape: simple and beautiful appearance, generous and practical, which can be said that the bus has long been famous for one of the models. As an export vehicle, Zhongtong "Bullet" has been exported to many overseas markets since 2010, such as Indonesia, Morocco, Mozambique and Colombia and so on. Among these countries, Indonesia is from 2012 onwards for many years to purchase the model. Now the total quantity of domestic models is more than 400 units.

In order to meet the actual needs of users of BRT buses, Zhongtong Bus made adaptation of the model to multiple locations. In addition to being more adapted to local traffic conditions and user habits, Zhongtong Bus also upgrades the configuration of key components such as vehicle axles and suspensions. Therefore, the batch of export orders with higher prices is in line with the high-end brand strategy adopted by Zhongtong Bus in overseas markets since 2017.

It is learned that after the orders are successfully delivered, Zhongtong Bus will take this batch of orders as an opportunity to further improve the network construction of sales, service and spare parts supply in the Mexican market.
